Why them
What makes us different
Our focus is your pet; we want them to feel happy and confident coming to us (even if they have to give you those puppy dog eyes in reception first). We are a small team of two who work 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 with each pet depending on their needs. We believe in positive reinforcement and reward-based grooming. We are committed to continuous learning & skill development & are always researching & trialling the latest products, equipment and techniques to ensure we're giving you and your pet the best service we can.
Approach
Our approach
Calm, pet focused and reassuring. We will always be honest about how your pet has found the grooming process and if we believe they need shorter sessions, confidence building or alternate styling to help them with their emotional and physical wellbeing we will let you know. We use a range of treats, lick matts, snuffle matts, second person support, essential oils & calming sprays as well as pet safe & appropriate grooming aids to ensure your pet has the best experience they can with us.

We have had a great experience with Felpham Dog Groomers. I would definitely recommend! We have a cockapoo puppy, and from initial call and text enquiry the customer service was very friendly and helpful. It was our pups first groom at 5 months old, so we didn’t know what to expect. Tabitha did a lovely job, took her time, and text us when almost finished. We have since had lovely photos of him during his first visit. We are very pleased, and booked our next appointment.

We took our long hair cat Cookie to see these ladies and they really looked after her. They brushed out all of her shedding hair and trimmed her where necessary. They also trimmed her nails. She looks lovely and was an angel for them. This was so helpful for us, thank you so much! 10/10 service. ^w^

Wow! 🤩 our 13 yr old Labrador Lexie is very nervous and frightened of everything. We have such trouble getting her anywhere near water at home. Sent her to Felpham dog groomers feeling apprehensive.. but wow we were super pleased when she came out happy, clean, soft and looking 10 years younger! Can’t believe the amount of hair they removed from her in the shred treatment!! I swear she was even smiling. I’m so thankful and honestly recommend them completely. Happy dog and happy owners. We will definitely be regulars here.

Amazing service. Luna hates being groomed- the previous groomer we took her to called us after 30 mins to collect her because she wouldn’t cooperate. Felpham dog groomers have done an excellent job and spent a lot of time working with Luna who is a wriggler and a pain to be groomed. Before and after photos 😍

Excellent cat grooming service. Professional, calm, and caring approach. My two cats were groomed beautifully and were relaxed when they came home. Will definitely return.
