Why them
What makes us different
We operate from a huge 125sqm space, renovated by us in 2024 to suit our intentions and not a single cage in sight. We provide pups with the home comforts that make grooming a much more enjoyable experience; clean toys and fresh fluffy blankets, cuddles when requested and high-protein treats where allowed. Puppy Introductions with heaps of patience, perfect fluffy finishes for the dogs with the right tolerance levels and extreme care for the seniors whose mobility issues we recognise and adapt for. We tailor our products, equipment and approach to your dogs coat type, tolerance levels and overall requirements, ensuring the best outcome for the individual dog in front of us.
Approach
Our approach
Identifying a dog’s preferences is paramount, especially when they’re unable to tell us in spoken words. It enables us to adapt the way we work to ensure their happiness, comfort and also provide the best results. We take the time your dog requires, even on busier days with the end goal being waggly tails and dogs who love coming to see us time and time again.

Boris loves his groom at Fluffingtons- we're newbies and he's had three grooms! He is welcomed with love and pampered whilst there! When Boris had a slight food allergy and needed some more attentive care with regards to cleaning, shampoo uses etc- Lucy and her team are so good with him- plus had a fountain of knowledge that was shared and helped us! They care and love for him whilst he is pampered! I highly recommend Fluffingtons!

Fluffingtons Dog Spa & Boutique have been amazing with both my cockapoos, Reggie and Teddy. From the moment we walk through the door, we’re always met with a big smile and a genuinely warm greeting, which instantly puts both the dogs and me at ease. Reggie and Teddy always come back looking fantastic and clearly happy, which says everything about the care and attention they get. You can tell Lucy really loves what she does and treats every dog as if they’re her own. I wouldn’t take my boys anywhere else. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and caring dog spa experience. 🐶🐾

The best groomers I have ever used!! Lucy is very knowledgeable, gentle and caring. She looked after my very elderly dog with health issues and she treated him like her own. Now she looks after my young dog. I wouldn't go anywhere else 🐾😊

100000/10 everytime from Lucy @ Fluffingtons, I couldn’t recommend her enough. Not only does my dog always look and smell amazing, but he’s developed such a strong bond with Lucy. She’s offered a calming and rewarding grooming experience, with a playful environment for before and after his grooms which he adores. Thankful for having found such a fab groomer and educator!xx
