  Mel is amazing, both of my boys love going to visit her for a bath & groom. She is friendly, knowledgeable and patient with my Beagle who hates the dryer and my Cockerpoo who has extra hairy ears so needs them plucked. They always come home happy and smelling gorgeous!!

  I go to Melanie every 4 weeks with my golden retriever Maisie. Maisie is rather large and has a very thick coat which does get very tangled and often can collect debris off the floor. She is 13 years old and her back legs are not so good but Mel always manages to make her look Beautiful and fluffy & Shiny which i am always commented on by people. Maisie loves going to Mel and when your dog comes out and then goes back in and lies back on the grooming table it tells me she is in the best hands. I would not hesitate to recommend Mel to anybody who is looking for a groomer you will not be disappointed

  What can we say about Mel………… If you want someone to show as much love and thought to your best friend then Mel is the lady. We have an old rescue dog, Bobby, who has had a life experience that we don’t know fully know about but which has made him extremely anxious. We’ve always believed the biggest testament comes from an animal as they don’t work on diplomacy it is just an animal response…….Bobby positively looks forward to getting out of the car and seeing Mel. The welcome, the relaxed surroundings and to be fair not being in a big building with loads of other animals. Mel is a mega experienced and amazing carer of animals and gives Bobby a cut and wash which is aligned to his lengthy list of medical conditions. Not too sure what else to say except thank-you Mel from Bobby and all of us.

  Melanie always does a brilliant job with my Shihpoo. She is a great communicator and very responsive when booking appointments. My dog isn’t a massive fan of having his hair cut and really hates his nails being clipped. Melanie consistently gets him to let her trim his nails and has a brilliant relationship with him. She’s patient and he just loves her. She also does lovely extra pamper packages at Christmas/Easter!
