- A small family run Dog grooming salon in the heart of Lingfield. Award winning, we are exceptionally proud of our excellent reputation for both pet grooms and show stoppers.

As a high street salon with wide clear windows, the entire grooming area is visible to the public. This level of transparency set us aside from many groomers, allowing owners and passers by to observe the care and compassion with which dogs are groomed with us
Approach
Our approach
We are a fear rescued grooming salon. We work to desensitise dogs to the grooming process so that, whilst they may never love being groomed, they are able to tolerate their appointments.

Meet Michelle
As a lifelong dog person I was taking canine behavioural courses long before I ever thought to be a groomer. So when I took the plunge and opened a salon, it seemed obvious to specialise in anxious and reactive dogs. From the teething toddler puppies to the geriatric German Sheppard, we groom them all. Whilst we are predominantly pet groomers we love the challenge of a show groom now and then, even having a couple of our customers making it to the Green carpet of Crufts and winning!
So whether it’s a chihuaha or a Chinese red dog. Whatever the breed, whatever the grooming need. We are happy to chat about how we can help.

What a fantastic groomers! I took my puppy here (6 months) for her first groom. They were so gentle, so knowledgable about the specific breed, how her coated needed to be treated and gave so many good recommendations and tips. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely groomers who I trust with my doggies. I have groomed my own dogs for 10+ years so I am a bit particular about how I like things done but since having a baby I have sent one of my cockapoos to onlydogs when I’ve struggled to find the time to groom him and they are brilliant. Have also sent my senior boy to them for teeth cleaning and they were very helpful and happy to help , plus recommending products I can use to help with his teeth. I have some anxiety about leaving my dogs with people but I have full trust in these ladies so that says a lot to me Highly recommend 🙂

I have a very large girl who has all the usual traits of a typical Cane Corso as in being the biggest, incredibly intelligent and the most stubborn Diva in the world. Marni takes a lot of time to warm to people and she won’t do anything that she doesn’t want to so finding a groomer who gets her is a big deal. Chelle is the most patient, kindest and gentle lady who understands and has a lot of experience with very large dogs which makes me feel confident in leaving my giant baby with her. Marni always comes home looking and smelling amazing! I wouldn’t go anywhere else now and can totally recommend Chelle if you haven’t visited the salon yet x

We have been using Only Dogs for about 6 months now and its been brilliant. Our dog was awful at other groomers, getting really stressed and in turn not really getting a groom. He loves it here, they are patient and he now can't wait to go. On top of that the groom is one of the best I have seen and I love the bonus pic and neck scarf they get each time!
