We offer a wide range of grooming services from complete restyles to popping in for a nail trim or tidy up around the eyes. We work closely with our clients to understand what they want and discuss different styling options suited to their dog's coat and lifestyle. Every dog is treated as an individual and a selection of Spa options are always available. Reiki can also be given on request.

- The salon does not have it's own parking but there is free parking just along the street and carparks in front and behind charging £1 per hour, cash only.
- Accessibility
- The salon has good accessibility with double doors at the front entrance. It is worth noting however, that the pavements on the approach to the salon are quite narrow.

Look no further—this is the dog groomer you want. Heidi is 10/10! She was patient, kind, and clearly knows her stuff, even for our sassy pants pup. Our dog came back looking amazing and somehow calmer than when we dropped her off (a small miracle). You can tell Heidi genuinely cares, and it shows in her work. We won’t go anywhere else. 🐾✨

Heidi always does a fabulous job with my giant white floof, he always looks amazing after a visit, and we get many compliments whilst out walking him! Heidi is very friendly, and my big lump of a hound loves going in for a pamper with her. She always tries to fit you in at a time to suit you. I can't recommend the scissor shack enough for your furry friend.

Highly recommend. Our dog doesn’t love going for a her haircuts but she’s had a lovely trim today and was kept calm. Will for sure be back and a very happy Bella with her new trim 🐶

Took our 7 year old cocker spaniel who was clipped as a puppy, they were excellent and did an amazing job. We have always had rescue spaniels and they were so professional would definitely recommend
